Women in STEM - International Women's Day lesson plan
This lesson plan is designed to encourage the next generation of students to consider a career in STEM and includes practical objectives and challenges for classes ranging from key stage 3, 4 and 5. It uses examples of famous female scientist through history to inspire the next generation to consider a future career pushing back the boundaries of science, including Marie Curie – the first woman to win a Nobel prize – and Jane Goodall, the famous primatologist.
