Guidance notes on UK data protection in post-marketing pharmacovigilance

The ABPI Pharmacovigilance Expert Network (PEN) recognises the importance of complying with the relevant data protection legislation when performing pharmacovigilance in the UK. In order to support UK industry in compliance, the ABPI PEN, together with the Pharmaceutical Information and Pharmacovigilance association (PIPA) and pvlegal have put together a guidance document to help companies be compliant in the UK.
