Jackie Davis

Jackie Davis is the General Manager of the UK Affiliate of Astellas and executive sponsor of Stellar Women, an Employee Impact Group within Astellas championing diversity and inclusion.

Jackie joined Astellas in 2015 as UK Sales and Marketing Director for a diverse group of therapy areas including Transplantation, Urology, Pain Management and Anti-Infectives. In 2019, she had the opportunity to relocate to Australia where Jackie took up the role of Interim Managing Director.

On returning to the UK in March 2020, to take up the role of UK General Manager, Jackie led the Astrellas response to the pandemic, several submissions to NICE, multiple launches and our approach to VPAG.

Jackie has been a member of the Japanese Pharmaceutical Group for the last 4 years and as of January 2024 became chair.

Before joining Astellas, Jackie was the UK Sales and Operations Director for the diabetes business unit at NovoNordisk. Prior to this, she spent 22 years with Baxter Healthcare in various sales and marketing roles at national, regional and global levels across many therapy areas.
