Ioana Parsons

Ioana has been the General Manager of Ipsen UK & Ireland since March 2024.

She has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 20 years, most recently as GM of Ipsen in Poland. A former consultant at McKinsey in London, she led large-scale commercial strategy and transformation projects for a range of global pharmaceutical clients.

Following this she moved in-house, working for Amgen where she spent 5 years in local, regional and global roles including Director of the Oncology Business Unit in Italy, and Global Commercial Capabilities Director.  

Ioana graduated from the Academy of Economic Sciences in Bucharest with a degree in Economics and International Business and holds an MBA from London Business School.
